Move to Thrive (MTT) was created from a personal need.

 

As someone who:

☑︎ Runs an online clothing business

☑︎ Juggles responsibilities across two different time zones

☑︎ Often feels fatigued

☑︎ Wrestled fiercely with hustle culture and burnout

☑︎ Has been guilty of not prioritizing self-care (still a work in progress!)

☑︎ Understands the rollercoaster of anxiety and emotional drain

☑︎ And, like many of us, has frequently battled the nagging feeling of never quite doing or being "enough"

 

Movement came to my rescue several times. But the current fitness industry trends that glorifies pushing your body to its limits, almost adding to the stress rather than acting as a stress reliever, never sat well with me.

 

So I figured, why not offer something different?

 

I understand the challenges busy professionals face. That's why I created a unique movement practice that blends mindful movement flows with a touch of Bollywood magic! MTT offers a safe and inclusive space for people of all ages, genders, and fitness levels to connect with their bodies, de-stress, and find joy in movement.

 

All the classes are designed to:

→ help shift your focus to the present moment and away from racing thoughts → ease built up tension and stiffness, to help you feel more relaxed

→ and offer a way to focus inward to process emotions and thrive in life!
