Corporate Well-being Programmes
Did you know?
Burnout costs UK businesses £28 billion per year.

Beyond lost productivity, it leads to disengagement, absenteeism, and teams operating in survival mode rather than thriving.
But well-being isn’t just about preventing burnout, it’s about
creating workplaces where employees feel energized, creative, and connected.
Move to Thrive:
A Transformative Approach to Workplace Well-being
"Well-being isn’t just an individual experience, it’s collective.
A thriving team starts with a thriving individual."
Move to Thrive is a movement-based well-being program designed to help individuals and teams reset, reconnect, and rebuild resilience.

-
Prevent burnout & reduce stress
-
Boost creativity & innovation
-
Strengthen communication & collaboration
-
Develop emotional intelligence & mindful leadership

Unlike traditional workplace well-being programs, Move to Thrive doesn’t rely solely on passive learning. Instead, we use interactive movement, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques to create real, embodied change.
What is Mindful Movement at Work?

Mindful movement is a practical, body-based approach to wellbeing that helps people regulate stress, reconnect with themselves, and return to work with greater clarity and ease.

Rather than talking about burnout, nervous system health, or resilience, participants experience it directly through simple movement, breath, and guided awareness practices.
Sessions gently support employees to:
-
Notice how stress shows up in their bodies
-
Gently release tension and mental overload
-
Restore a sense of grounding, focus, and presence
-
Build tools they can return to during the working day
The work is informed by somatics and nervous-system-aware practices, making it especially supportive for people experiencing chronic stress, fatigue, or burnout.
No flexibility, fitness, or dance experience is needed. Everything is invitational, adaptable, and accessible.
