With the right tools, I found my way back... not through willpower, but through mindful movement.

Why Mindful Movement

Burnout doesn’t just live in your thoughts, it’s stored in your nervous system, muscles, and breath.
The way you move shapes how you feel.

Through movement, breathwork, and somatic awareness, this course helps you:

  • Rebuild energy in a way that’s sustainable — not draining

This isn’t another self-care checklist.
It’s a guided re-wiring of how your body meets stress, so you don’t just survive, you thrive.

Course Overview

  • Format: 5 live online sessions (90 minutes each)

  • Dates: Fridays | March 6, 13, 20, 27 | April 3

  • Time: 5:00–6:30 PM (UK time)

  • Cohort: Limited to 6 women for personal attention and safety

  • Container: Live only, no recordings, to protect presence

  • Support: Optional WhatsApp group for daily reflection + motivation

  • Resources: Printable workbook, weekly integration prompts, and a mindful movement video library

The 5-Week Journey

Each week explores a new layer of recovery, from grounding to renewal, blending neuroscience, movement, breathwork, and reflection.

Week 1 — Landing in the Body: Reclaiming Safety & Presence

“Before we can move forward, we must first land.”

  • Understanding nervous-system regulation and what happens during burnout

  • Recognizing your body’s “stress container”

  • Gentle movement and breath to calm hyper-arousal or shutdown states

  • Exploring how emotion lives in the body

  • Learning to feel again, safely, softly, slowly

Science meets softness: We begin mapping your personal regulation patterns using ideas from the James-Lange theory and somatic tracking.

​

​Week 2 — Listening Beneath the Noise: Body Signals & Boundaries

​​​

“Your body whispers long before it screams.”

​​

  • Identifying early signs of depletion and overwhelm

  • Embodied Boundaries: Feel your body’s yes and no through guided movement

  • Somatic journaling to track energy, tension, and limits

  • Grounding rituals before / after demanding days

  • Restoring trust in your body’s intuition

 

Confidence through instinct: draw from animal movement metaphors, discovering how different energies express confidence, retreat, or rest.

Week 3 — Sacred Anger & Emotional Alchemy

“What if anger is not destruction, but direction?”

  • Understanding suppressed emotion as stored stress

  • Exploring sacred anger as clarity and protection

  • Movement practices for safe emotional release

  • Transforming tension into expression through breath + flow

  • Creating emotional rituals for regulation, not repression

Learn to listen to what your emotions protect, not just what they project.

Week 4 — Releasing Old Tension Patterns

  • Somatic exploration of holding patterns

  • Techniques to “burn off” residual stress physiology

  • Flow-based sequences for mobility and spaciousness

  • Deep rest for nervous-system reset

  • Mapping your personal energy signature and emerging confidence

We practice letting the body lead, where tension once lived, expression returns.

Week 5 — Integration & Renewal

  • Integrating nervous-system awareness into everyday rhythms

  • Designing sustainable self-care & joy rituals

  • Creating your personalized regulation map and movement + breathwork toolkit

  • Developing your emotional-hygiene practice for ongoing balance

  • Anchoring rituals for transitions (work → home → rest)

  • Movement Journey + Bollywood Dance Party to celebrate your new energy

  • Closing reflection and renewal circle

You leave with a living toolkit, crafted by your body, for your life.

This course is gentle, mentally health-aware, inclusive & non-performance-based.
You are always welcome to move, rest, modify, or simply witness.

All practices are optional and adaptable,

with choice and pacing at the centre of the experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need dance or movement experience?
No. All movement is accessible, intuitive, and adaptable to different bodies and energy levels.

​

Is this therapy?
No. This is a somatic learning and mindful movement experience. It does not replace psychotherapy or medical care.

​

What if I cannot attend all sessions?
Because the group is small and live-only, attending all sessions is strongly encouraged. You will still receive your workbook and integration prompts.

​

Will sessions be recorded?
No. Sessions are live-only to protect privacy, presence, and group safety.

​

I am already exhausted. Is this suitable for me?
Yes. You are always invited to rest, move gently, or simply witness. Each session offers choice and flexibility.
