This 7-day workshop offers movement based self-discovery that will help you build your own practice consistently and based on your unique needs. Unlike group classes, each private session is tailored to your goals, strengths, and weaknesses. Bid farewell to the frustration of classes that don't align with your body or interests. Through these seven sessions, you'll curate a diverse set of routines perfectly suited to your abilities and interests. After 7 days, feel confident and empowered to continue your movement practice independently, focusing on strength, balance, body conditioning and mindfulness. All movement flows seamlessly blend elements of Indian dance forms, modern dance, yoga, barre, improvisation, resistance training, breathwork, and mindfulness. This course is designed to be an accessible and encouraging exploration of movement, suitable for beginners.
