Where are you located?

Currently all classes are offered online via Zoom. You can join from anywhere.

Check out the available classes, all timings in GMT (London time zone).

In person classes coming soon in East London.

Are classes beginner-friendly?

Yes, that's the aim.

All classes are designed to help you move with ease and fall in love with movement.

Whether you're new to movement or returning after a long break, I don't want you to feel overwhelmed.

Move To Thrive is created to help you de-stress, and find calm, energy and confidence with flows.

Do I need to be flexible, strong? Can I join if (any challenge)

You don’t need to be flexible or strong to reap the benefits of movement flows.

All classes start with a check-in

Props/variations/support is offered if any move is found challenging.

Do I need to know yoga or dance to join?

Not at all, this is a completely beginner friendly movement practice.

Do I need any equipment?

No, classes are designed to be as accessible as possible.

Yoga mat, pillows, chair, wall, blankets,

or any other easily available household item maybe used.

Registered participants will be informed before class of any special requirement.

Will I get the recording?

Yes, recordings will be provided post class for all online classes that you have registered and paid for.

Why should I join? How is it different from other movement classes?

'Move to Thrive' is designed to help you, busy professionals,

to thrive in your mind, body, and soul. To help you de-stress and find joy in movement.

All movement flows are a blend of elements such as Indian dance forms, modern dance,

yoga, improvisation, breathwork, and mindfulness -

that's what unique and beautiful, and will help you thrive in movement.
